Also second bed was not made up prior to our arrival…we had to construct it after check in. Location is good and within a 10min walk of Hiroshima station. 1 star taken away for the lack of options and coffee choices for the included breakfast."

"Impossible to find. Two taxi drivers brought us to the wrong place. Your property is very badly marked. Eventually went to the Random Hotel who had to bring us there in a taxi. Unable to call you. We spent over 4 hours getting there from Hiroshima Station that is approximately 4 kms from there. Very inconvenient. It was a stressful experience. How can you be located in a place that taxi drivers can't find? Doesn't make any sense. "
