This has to be the BEST service in all of Grenada! Kudos to the L&D people! The colleagues were all professional, friendly and fully engaged. "I had an amazing time at the Royalton. Gus specifically was very friendly and accommodating. He greeted us every day and made sure we were having a great time. Ernell at the souvenir shop was also extremely friendly, efficient and helping in resolving an issue I had. All of the staff at the spa were amazing and inviting and all of the bartenders were friendly and welcoming. It was my friends birthday and the staff celebrated her daily at breakfast , lunch and dinner. I can’t wait to bring g my family back "
