"Beautiful hotel with a nice restaurant and a pool that stayed open all night long. The suite was very nice but the bed was a little uncomfortable and sounded like the frame was going to break whenever you rolled around. I would give this place another chance and absolutely enjoyed everything else about it. The shuttle to downtown TC was great, driver was nice and very friendly also. "

"Staff was very friendly and accommodating. You have to pay to park even if youre staying at the hotel which i found odd, but it was $15 a day. Many food and activity options available in the hotel. They werent great at advertising though because i didnt even know there was a ropes course until we got home and i had to call them. Kids loved the kid room with 3 beds and everyone loved the water park of coarse. 4 out of 5 of us left pretty scraped up from the pool bottom. Overall great stay and we...

"Bed was comfortable. Hotel in general was clean and welcoming. The pool temp was perfect. The hot tub jets are kind of all over the place, not like typical hot tub jets. Breakfast was mediocre. Either the cereal or the milk tasted off; even with use by dates farther away. Waffles were good. No protein options, was really hoping for some bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, the omelets...something to go with my waffle. They had biscuits and gravy but im not a fan of that personally. Bedding was clean and fresh. Room was clean-no odors or anything."
