"The room wasn't really clean, I found cockroach in the toilet. The television chann sometimes gone, but if you don't watch tv it doesn't matter. The area pretty strategic. And the receptionist service very good. "

"I was disappointed for the housekeeping to throw my face soap yo the dustbin. They should have known that they can not throw anything except what it is inside the dustbin. First time that I knew, I complained to the receptionist but slow response until I called them again. Room and condition is OK but I feel insecure if they can throw everything outside dustbin with any assumption. I will not stay in this hotel again."

"TV did not work, none of the channels can be watched. Practically just an empty black box taking space in the bedroom. Internet was super lousy. The refrigerator in the room also did not work, just functioning like an empty cabinet seeing that not much space to keep your belongings in the room. The hotel looks good on the outside, and maybe for travellers who do not need internet access in the room, nor killing time by watching TV, this hotel can be considered. "The property is at a prime location. Going around Jogja wasn’t difficult at all. The staff are patient, kind, and considerate. The room is extremely clean and the housekeeping staff do a stellar job of cleaning the rooms everyday. The bathrooms are amazing. The water pressure on the shower, the sink, and the health faucet is excellent. There were some small ants going around but they didn’t cause a massive problem. All in all, an amazing stay.
