Really great stay at Melia Purosani. Well trained staff were polite and hotel had everything we needed. Clean room with two good restaurants and a very nice pool. Walking distance to the main shopping street and the sultan's palace. Concierge helped with restaurant reservations and day trips. Very nice stay.

Personnel toujours souriant et agréable,font tout ce qu'ils peuvent pour nous satisfaire Je rejoins par contre d'autres commentaires concernant la chambre la salle de bain aurait besoin d'un rafraîchissement et l'odeur de remontée est bien présente. Toutefois le lit king size est confortable. Aussi nous avons trouvé la chambre qui était côté rue bruyante le soir ce qui peut rendre difficile l'endormissement. Nous n'avons pas testé le restaurant ni le bar ( cocktail très cher) le petit déjeuner était correct.

キングベッドルームに3泊しました。ロケーション、部屋共にバッチリ。中庭にプールがありのんびり過ごせたのも良かった。 冷房がきつくて、オフにしても寒くて寝れなかったので毛布をもらった。 ホテル自体は快適だが、ミネラルウォーターが無い日やハンドタオルがない日があったので星4つ。 朝食はおいしいが、あまり変わり映えしないので若干飽きた。

Family hotel in city center
I spent 4 nights with my kid to visit Jogyakarta and have some relax time in this kind of hotel. The location is excellent, at walking distance to Malioboro street and short time by taxi to other city highlights. Room was big with plenty of space to store lugagge/clothes, comfortable twin beds and view to the nice pool area. Pool may need more lying beds as they get full fast. Breakfast needs improvement as there are not many options. We had dinner a couple of times in El Patio and Chinese restaurant, which has excellent food. Service is friendly and efficient. I would come back.

I have stayed here a few times when visiting Yogya with friends. It’s comfortable and fine. But I’m noticing it’s not as nice as it was previously. The food options are not as good and not as fresh. It’s hard to get a good cup of tea. The service was slow. I used to think it was a great hotel in the middle of the city, it’s not as great an option any more but it is fine.

Needs Maintenance and AC that works
Spend a lot of nights in Hotels and understand sometimes things go wrong! That said on night 1 we tried 3 rooms and all were hot with the room temperature hovering around 25 when the thermostat had been at 18.5 for hours. Never got to a cool room. On my last morning had a cool shower (seemed they were out of hot water)…guess that helps to offset the no working AC! Staff are nice and friendly but a good percentage seem to need training, particularly at the front desk where everyday hotel transactions are a challenge and require multiple people. Pool area is nice, food is average hotel food.

This is a 3 star hotel.
The service was very good, but a few things were not, ie: 1. The wi-fi service did not work on the first floor of the junior suite. That was a big problem for my husband who had to do some work remotely. 2. The bed linen and towels were white at some point, but it was a very long time ago. 3. The water pressure in the shower cabin was very low. 4. The breakfast and dinner buffet were average.

The hotel has a beautiful and high ceiling resting areas which catched our attention. There breakfast provided wide range of cuisines and sitting next to the open area to enjoy the morning view. Every staff in the hotel is extremely friendly and always put on a smile whenever they see us. It was quite nice and enjoyable during our 4 nights stayed. We will definitely come back again.
