"I was disappointed for the housekeeping to throw my face soap yo the dustbin. They should have known that they can not throw anything except what it is inside the dustbin. First time that I knew, I complained to the receptionist but slow response until I called them again. Room and condition is OK but I feel insecure if they can throw everything outside dustbin with any assumption. I will not stay in this hotel again."

"TV did not work, none of the channels can be watched. Practically just an empty black box taking space in the bedroom. Internet was super lousy. The refrigerator in the room also did not work, just functioning like an empty cabinet seeing that not much space to keep your belongings in the room. The hotel looks good on the outside, and maybe for travellers who do not need internet access in the room, nor killing time by watching TV, this hotel can be considered. "Stayed while attending conference at nearby university- older hotel in parts but clean and well serviced for rate. Very friendly and helpful staff throughout. Room had all base requirements- wifi throughout although drops out frequently when hotel busy. Tasty and varied breakfast options included in room rate for many rooms "

"The property is at a prime location. Going around Jogja wasn’t difficult at all. The staff are patient, kind, and considerate. The room is extremely clean and the housekeeping staff do a stellar job of cleaning the rooms everyday. The bathrooms are amazing. The water pressure on the shower, the sink, and the health faucet is excellent. There were some small ants going around but they didn’t cause a massive problem. All in all, an amazing stay.
