"Excellent service and food except the facility has no elevators. It was difficult walking the stairs. Lower part of stairs has no guard rails. It was extra difficult for an old disabled man. Hotel should invest in elevator."

"I stayed a week in February and had an amazing time. The hotel staff were super attentive, gave excellent service. They were kind, courteous and went out of there way to make my stay a very pleasant one. The hotel is located on a quiet side road off the busy Oxford street. Everything you need you can find on Oxford street. There is no longer a jacuzzi but you have access to nice pool no more than a 60 second walk. "Big thanks to Gladys and the reservation/front office team despite the small hiccup on arrival you made us welcomed and our stay enjoyable.The staff/team are all a treasure to the Management. As hospitality retired owners and intense travellers , you made our stay welcoming. The f&b team also fabulous , the food and presentation faultless . Our only nip was the bed and we recommend updated the rooms to compliment the hotel. We also had one of the best massages in the spa. Well done all this...

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at La Villa Hotel in Accra, and the experience exceeded my expectations. The staff, especially John, provided excellent service throughout my stay. John's friendliness, especially when he picked me up from the airport and was always available to assist with any questions I had, made me feel welcomed and at home. The front desk staff was equally impressive, always courteous and making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. Their attentiveness and professionalism set the tone for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The hotel's beautiful pool and the delicious meals at the on-site restaurant were also highlights of my stay. I highly recommend La Villa Hotel and look forward to returning for my next visit to Accra."
