"Slight problem with the room on arrival, having booked a family room, but we compromised since it was only for a night, and a sofa was made up to suit. Owners couldn’t have been more apologetic or indeed more helpful during our stay. "This hotel is located right next to “restaurant row” which is a street with many dining options and geared mostly toward the tourists. The hotel A/C and Wi-Fi worked well, and I had a comfortable night here. There is a motion sensor hall light that shines into the room through the top windows and some noise as they walk by. "Amazing stay in this beautiful island. One of the best in all Galápagos. We arrived to Isabela via boat. We decided to walk from the port instead of taking a taxi. Is a long walk, so if you have heavy luggage I wouldn’t recommend it. Rooms were comfortable, modern and some have spectacular views of the ocean. The shower though, had this plunger thingy mounted on the wall which you have to press repeatedly every 10 seconds or so otherwise the water is cut off. We stayed in 3 different islands and...

"It was a basic as it gets and very disappointing! I was scared to death b/c the shower didn't work at all for 2 or 3 minutes until the water started trickling out. It needs major updating in the bathroom. We were laughing b/c so many are so fat they would not even fit in the room or especially th bathroom! No Lie! They also closed at noon. No desk shrive or anything. U cannot even go on a tour b/c if it s a day your leaving later in the day you have no where to leave your luggage! really...
