This is a smaller hotel, 1 block from the beach in Knokke and family run. The owners go out of their way to make you feel welcome and at home. They are very accommodating with special requests. "This was a one night stay as we were away for a weekend and thought the town of Sluis was worth a visit, managed to check in early, as it should have been 3pm, room was ok, although had to leave as many windows open as we could, aircon didnt seem to be working, breakfast although continental was more than we had expected, had a drink from the bar the 1st night, bar staff were friendly and service was swift, thank you guys."

"Location! This hotel is so convenient to Metro and walking distance from tons of shops, attractions, restaurants, and the Grande Palace. The area stays open late. The staff were all very friendly and were able to communicate with us in English and French (the languages I know) Having a kitchen is great. The rooms are a very good size. Everything was clean. Large windows. It is secure at night. The location is in a busy area for activity. We would stay here again. "

"Fab location for train station/metro, brand new spotless room with very comfortable bed and quiet surroundings however work still ongoing and got woken up at 8.30/7.30am uk time to scrapping and banging. Didnt try restaurant at hotel or any other places in area as just needed the hotel as base to explore further afield. Would consider to return in future. "
