"Crowne Plaza is an awesome resort, staff are wonderful, so friendly. The only gripe we had is that the food is expensive in the Crowne Plaza, with most prices higher than what we pay in Australia. As there is very limited food around the resort as it’s isolated, sometimes you have no choice but to eat in the resort. "

"Staff is very nice and friendly. At fish bar, there was an excellent male staff. He was kind and helpful when taking our order. My son loved the chocolate ice cream. The pizza is delicious at Lagoon House. There are multiple ice dispensers at the resort too."

"Nice accommodation, breakfast buffet was the best! . Pros : breakfast buffet is so good! One of my top highlights. Air con in my room. Cons : outlet plugs didn't work in my room. Walking distance from my room to the pool/restaurant was quite a walk and tiering. Boat ride to & from the hotel to my car was exhausting especially coming home from a night out, had to wait a while for the boat to pick us up. Would've loved to park up & go straight to my room without the extra wait & boat travel. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here. Wish we could swim till midnight as night time feels like the best time to be inth pool without the hot sun beaming. Vinaka Double Tree. "
