The staff is very friendly. Although, the room is super dark, the linens were dirty, there were stains on the bed linen. The bathroom is also super dark, as the room. The curtains on the bathroom have mold everywhere. The continental breakfast is ridiculous, it doesn't even had cheese or ham. Abd the worst part Por me was the transfer. They say that they have 24/7 transfer, but I had to wait for more than 1 hour to be picked up on the airport. I don't get why this place is considered a resort, because the amenities are very poor.

Always convenient for transiting guests and a walking distance from the airport. Friendly staffs. Good food at the restaurant. Love the pool area. Felt like home with their welcoming smiles. Check in was very fast.
