"However very hard to get to, we thoroughly enjoyed our 3 days on the island. It was quiet and safe and we felt very much at peace in our bure, thus the added bonus of its inaccessibility to the noisy public. The Fijian staff are amazingly friendly and welcoming. If there was a negative it would be the food/cooking quality. The breakfasts were outstanding but the buffet-style dinners and lunches were too bland and overcooked and became repetitive! "

"This property was recommended to us by the locals and did not disappoint. The staff were especially lovely and helpful. The rooms were clean, well equipped, and uniquely decorated. The food was amazing and the beach across the street was lovely. we found the prices were quite steep, however, this seems par for the course in the area. Overall, a wonderful stay. Vinaka! "

"The resort has a great “Fiji Feel” - traditional design of the cottages and the surrounding grounds and main building . Staff are very welcoming and attentive to guests needs. No issues at all. Road into the resort is gravel with potholes but not a long stretch of gravel. The beach is well kept up but the bigger beach isn’t that great. We felt we had good value for our money and it is close to town for shopping and exploring. "

"We were surprised that the property only consisted of one unit. It was a little more rustic than expected. However the owner shared meals with us at his home & the food was unique & delicious. As a dive master he took us snorkeling & was a great guide. He showed us around his property & the construction he has been working on for three additional units. The location is great. Made up for the rustic accommodations."
