"This hotel was absolutely brilliant. The staff were very helpful with each request such as extra towels and iron. They provided each request i had efficiently. I will for sure try another sunrise in the future. Thank you all for a very relaxing stay. I would also strongly recommend the spa services as it was one of the best i have experienced."

"Great service and food. Employee Improvements reqd: Reda (the concierge) has no Customer Service skills, he is constantly busy on his mobile phone and so provides no help whatsoever to guests. Unfortunately, the Customer Service Team at the main desk also did very little to provide any help and support. Please note that all restaurants must be booked 48hrs in advance. Some employees mention it's 24hrs and some say 48hrs. The booking service needs improving. Doesn't tell you what restaurants are...
