"Unable to gain access, the number that you need to contact 24 hrs before is out of service. We tried to find apartment using google maps as it said they had a concierge but could not locate the apartments. Had to find alternative accomodation. Very stressful. Looking at review this has been hapoening a lot needs to be taken off site "

"Overall a good hotel for the money. The bed is a little uncomfortable but the hotel is very clean. The laundry facility was a good touch though make sure to walk to Poundland or Sainsbury as they dont sell singles. The drier needs two cycles to dry clothes but still fine. Staff were exceptional and were always willing to help. Didnt have a chance to grab breakfast but the hotel is next to some shops and fast food establishments. There isnt any carpark but if you book with Brighton Regency...
