"Positives: The bed was very comfy. Breakfast was excellent. The grounds & interior of the hotel are stunning. Staff were very attentive Negatives: No wardrobe although hangers are suspended from a bar for you to hang clothes. No iron & ironboard provided. No tissue box. Hole in hand towel. Room hadn't been cleaned properly - cobwebs on inside of window, TV remote covered in dust, dust in mirror edges"

"Absolutely brilliant value for money. The design of the rooms are so aesthetic for the price. I felt like I was in a really expensive hotel. The beds, pillows and duvets were very comfortable. The place was spotlessly clean. The check in process using an app as your door key meant I could walk straight into the hotel with no waiting around to check in. Plenty of plug sockets and USB ports. Hair dryer in the room. My only negative comment is that it was soo cold even with the heating set at the...
