"We enjoyed our stay at this aparthotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The apartment was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed and furniture. Full kitchen if you need it but there are so many excellent restaurants right outside the door. Highly recommended!"

"Great property but be warned, no one after hours is there to greet you. After hours in my case was 7 pm. Though the next day, the maid was gone and no one there by 3 pm. Ideally you have communicated before on WhatsApp and have both the door code and the room code recorded. If not, assuming you have cell, you can do it like I did and call from the door and do everything remotely. Too complicated for me to do in English but someone was available who could take the call The place was clean...

"The front staff will keep you waiting outside before they open the door for you. There are 2 staff inside chatting and can not open the door. Waited few minutes and had to buzzed few times. Don't stay here for security reason.."

"Nice little hostal in a family home in a very quiet street 5 minutes walk to Candelaria. Clean basic room. Hard bed but I soon adapted ! No a/c or TV and shared bathroom. Exactly what I expected for the price. Lovely helpful staff. Breakfast served in kitchen on ground floor. Free wifi in room."

"My stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful. The staff was outstanding—attentive, kind, and always ready to help. They went above and beyond by helping me prepare a surprise for my wife’s birthday, which made our visit unforgettable. In special Francy Suarez, El chef y Jose David. The room was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a perfect night’s rest. Highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and attention to detail.
