"This property is very well established and has nice amenities for spa and thermal activities. Sibel hanim in housekeeping was very good and supplied us with great service and she went above and beyond! We are always happy to come back to this property!"

"The hotel was welcoming and the staff friendly. The Pamukkale Travertines and the Hierapolis are very close to this hotel. The only problem is that nobody speaks English. Breakfast was very basic but reasonable. "
