"The location of the villa was ideal for us but unfortunately the villa did not live up to expectations. The surrounds were unkempt and the grass needed a cut which was done much later into our vacation. The inside of the property is tired and requires updating in many places. My contact with the owner prior to my visit I found to be very responsive and helpful but investment in the update of a lovely property and its management in my opinion needs serious consideration."

"House is nice and big. Pool is cold. Blankets thin. The pool is a little noisy and you could hear and see the cars on the highway which was actually kind of entertaining. Setting was peaceful. Soap would be helpful and batteries needed in Klima remote but a/c works well. Furniture was nice inside and out. Overall very clean and we enjoyed it wish we could’ve stayed longer."

"This was our first villa holiday, and can only say me and my husband were blown away with the villa, and the communication with Tim the host. We booked for 1 week, and were picked up from the airport. We received a welcome letter the week before arriving, with everything we needed to know from gaining access, to using the wifi. We received updates from Tim both via phone calls and emails. He answered any questions immediately which put us at ease, and kept us up to date with anything we needed...

"We stayed here as a family of 7, myself, husband, parents and 3 kids (2x 18yrs and 16yrs) The villa was amazing, so much space, enough for us all to have our own rooms and bathrooms. It was so clean and the outside space was amazing. Contact with the host throughout was good. A 5-10 min walk to the centre with various options to reach the front prom. Whilst there we had so many lovely meals out but also used the BBQ twice. Would certainly recommend for any family especially if it’s a large...

"Had a great stay at this villa for 10 nights in July. Large private pool with plenty of room, fridge/freezer, cooker/dishwasher and dishwasher. Easy communication with property manager and only 5 minutes drive from nearest village (uzumlu). Fethiye is only 20 mins drive away for stocking up provisions at Migros. I would say that a car is essential. "

"We had a great week in Ibrahim’s villa. The house was clean and modern and had everything we needed. The children LOVED the pool and spent every possible moment in it. The location was good, quiet but close enough to some very good restaurants, cafes, shops and the Sunday market. To explore Fethiye I would definitely recommend car hire. "Firstly I need to mention this is not a 4 bedroom property. It may well sleep 8 (sofa bed?), but it only has 3 actual bedrooms. This was not a problem for us. The villa was really nice, very comfortable and was well equipped with everything you might need. The pool area was nice, plenty of sun beds, and someone came every day to clean the pool. The local contact / cleaner / TV repair man was lovely, really helpful and the midstay clean was probably more thorough than I would do at home. The...

"The host was accommodating, we arrived late due to flight delays, car hire issues, directions etc.., Ali kept in contact and helped with directions and waited for us, he also extended our check out time, which was much appreciated as we had small children with us. The pool was lovely and very well maintained. The beds and linens were clean and tidy. Some of the kitchen appliances could do with some maintenance. A car is needed at the location. "

"We arrived and kitchen tap was hanging off . Toilet broke first time of flushing and ran all night . Kettle fused first time of use No pillowcases No tea towels or oven gloves - Told to buy our own . Pool motor held open with splintered piece of wood dangerous to walk near. Rusty garden loungers despite told we were the first to stay . After 2 days of our week stay we left as house unsafe , not finished . "

The location was a little bit distant for us but was easy to get taxis from outside the Villa to Calis beach .Julian was really helpful and was available if we needed him and the welcome pack was really good value for money . "It was just amazing!!! I highly recommend this hotel!!!! The room extremely clean !! Stuff was very helpful. Breakfast buffet was included with hotel room… they arranged for us a great tour to Pamukkale and historical areas! I will give them a 10!!!!"
