"This place was absolutely amazing. It is a very cute hotel in the center of old havana but the hotel staff and their attention to detail is what did it for me. Firs off and most importantly the staff makes you feel like family. They tell you the do's and donts of navigating the city they also helped us to book tours with local trusted drivers so we wouldnt get scammed. The food was amazing!!! I litterally ate breakfast there every day. The hotel staff is very attentive and very kind. I got a cold one day and at some point every single staff member checked on me and asked if there was anything they could do for me. This by far exceeded my expectations and i will for sure stay here next time im in town. Thank you staff for your hospitality and making us feel like family. "

"Hotel staff was extremely attentive and kind. I was given a room upgrade, a bottle of rum along with a sweet welcoming letter and chocolates were awaiting for me and my partner in the room. The bed was extremely comfortable, the shower and tub was nice and clean. I loved it all! I think I’ll definitely be booking here again. "
