"Location is great. I’ve never been asked for photo ID at check-in before…I found it odd …Room and downstairs were lovely, comfortable. There were insects coming out from under the bath. The carpet in hallway needs an upgrade, there were drips coming from the ceiling. I paid the €5 overnight car park fee and went off on a hike with my kids. Half way round Bray Head I thought of renewing the car park ticket , but nothing I could do. When we got back to hotel at 5pm, car was clamped. €125 had to be...

"Great experience. We were in Dublin due to a family funeral. The 'afters' was at the Talbot and we booked bedrooms there as well to make all the transitions easier. Staff were wonderful and empathetic, allowed us to check in early to get ready for the services. Rooms were very comfortable, had everything we needed. Sunday carvery was very family oriented (you need to book though!), and breakfast/lunch/dinner options hit the mark. It's right across the road from Aircoach stop so easy to get to...

"Was disappointed when we got there and realised there was no bar or restaurant. It was only a place to stay . Walked into Dundrum for something to eat . Overall the room was clean and the bed comfortable but not hotel facilities "

"Clean and spacious apartment, too far from city centre, beds are very uncomfortable. Doors entrance code was given wrong on the email so we spent more than 20 min outside while someone let us in, because nobody answered the number that was given as an emergency after hours contact. Overall was all excellent .."
