"The property pictures don’t represent the current more weathered conditions. The room wasn’t as charming as the images. The restaurant was very good but the spa was mediocre at best. "

Had to book another hotel at extra cost 6 miles away at £200 Hotel is a rip off. Other hotels in the area are full of prostitution was told by the front desk. Horrible find another"

"The staff was so friendly and helpful, and our room was very comfortable, although the commode was separate from the shower/sink, which seems nice for privacy, but having to go across the room to another area to wash your hands wasn't the most convenient. A minor thing in the grand scheme. The hotel is lovely and in a perfect location near the old town and the train station so everything was walkable. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it."
