"Prepaid for our one night stay when booking. Arrived at property and was asked for a credit card hold (fine, usual practice) but realised after checking out the next day that we were charged again for a second time even though we had already paid. Contacted hotel who said they will investigate but then never replied after even after many follow ups. Very poor service and untrustworthy."
