Farmstay in Colonia

"A little slice of peace and quiet away from all the hustle and bustle of the busy tourist areas. We enjoyed the tranquil courtyard with the trickling fountain and the exceptionally good breakfast and view from the dining room. The hotel has great little hideaways for reading or writing and the outside garden is lush and sunny. "

Arrived at property and was asked for a credit card hold (fine, usual practice) but realised after checking out the next day that we were charged again for a second time even though we had already paid. Contacted hotel who said they will investigate but then never replied after even after many follow ups. Very poor service and untrustworthy."
