"Was almost good, just for me was feew things didn't like. Food was ok, but i had bigger expectations, breakfast had some dishes cold when supposed be hot or at least warm. Also not many options Swimming pool didn't have bar and they didn't allow to bring drinks on it. Not much privacy between rooms, i listing last 2 nights my neighbor snoring all night, thats was ther worst about everything. "I’ve stayed here in the past many times. But hadn’t been back in a couple of yrs tell recent trip. The staff is excellent. The buffet selection has gone down &’less things available to choose from. The biggest issue was everytime we used the shower. The water was backing up and would go on the bathroom floor. Hotel needs to invest in fixing plumbing and drain system. "

"Went to make coffee first morning coffee pot was busted, no bottom. No tea towel to dry dishes, no hand towel in bathroom and no pool towels, used our bath towels for the pool. We weren’t told that there is a charge to clean our room at the end of our stay, was a complete surprise. Expedia you need to let your clients know of the charge."

"We had a wonderful stay on this property! The staff are so friendly and accommodating and just overall wonderful. I had an issue during book and was charged twice by Hotels.com, and they were as helpful as they could be and really helped sort out the situation. The suite was wonderful and perfect for our family. They were clean, and spacious and each room had a/c units so that we were all comfortable. The kitchenette was well stocked with pots, plates and utensils, and there was a full 6-person dining table along with a couch and TV. The real star of the show was the view. It's absolutely stunning. You see the coast and can hear the waves crashing on the shore. It's amazing. The only thing is the drive up to the property. The street is still cobbled and because it's on a hillside, it's a little steep on the way up. There's also a particularly sharp turn to get onto the property, and it's kind of a tight space. Other than that, it's such a beautiful and comfortable property. You're literally minutes away from the beach. I think this would be perfect for longer stays, however, we only stayed for 2 nights. However, I cannot recommend it enough. I truly hope to visit again at some point."
