"It was an interesting stay. Loved the staff, Jennifer in the restaurant and Elsa...well we just loved each other! Hotel needs work though, not up to Best Western Plus standards. No breakfast included and no hot water for most of our stay. Where is the plus? "

"We had the most incredible 9 days at the Grand hotel! It was super quiet, which we like, and the staff were always eager to please. The food was unbelievable, both the buffet and the al carte options. I would give 10 stars if i could! I enjoyed yoga every morning on the beach, and our kids loved the lazy river/water slide! We enjoyed the ease of taking water taxi into town, as well as all the neat areas to explore by the resort (kayaking the lagoon, La Cruz for sunsets, secret beach, walking...

"The hotel is falling apart. One of our rooms had a broken window and flooded during the night due to rain. We had no hot water, no room service, no wifi, no tv in the room, and these are all things it was auppised to have. The upkeep of the hotel was shockingly bad. Its literaly falling apart. The staff was good, the beach access was good. The restaurant was closed. Wont let me upload photos herw but ill post the same review on google with photos if i can."
