This hotel is under construction, there is no water, electricity or any service. their phone is not in service, The room they give me was dirty no towels, not even toilet paper. Stuff didn't give me any information, i asked for a relocation. They say it was my problem. I asked for a refund, they say no refund are made. Pool went into disrepair by getting algae because one was cleaning the pool. No signs were posted and other guests used the disgusting pool that was certainly a health hazard.
