"El hotel no parece VIP ni 5 estrellas, cuando mucho 4 por lo sencillo de las habitaciones y la falta entrenamiento al personal de recepción para que sean atentos y ofrezcan una bienvenida/despedida acorde a la categoría del hotel. Ni siquiera los botones tuvieron atención de preguntarnos si necesitabamos ayuda con las maletas o llevarnos a nuestra habitación. El personal de la alberca muy amable. "
