Really is a 2 star hotel. Swimming pool nice but noisy at night. Also, you can hear next door noises making hard to sleep. Air conditioning didn't work properly. Food in the restaurant was good but the waitress over charge my bill.

The property is obviously a little older but well maintained. The service was great everywhere except the pool area, that was a little slow but not horrible. Rooms were comfortable enough for a few nights

Nice garden, covenient location. Our first room had plumber problems with wc. The personal changed us to a second room that also has problems and finally, after two changes we were able to have a proper wc. Be careful with water falling fro air conditioning, our passports were wet as our lugagge was in the floor.

Íbamos con tres personas de la tercera edad quienes querían conocer el tren maya. La primera noche todo excelente, sin embargo al siguiente día llegó un grupo de estudiantes jóvenes, quienes estuvieron tomando toda la noche, haciendo ruido (gritando, corriendo y tocando las puertas del hotel), se bajó a pedir a recepción que por favor les controlara, sin éxito, no nos dejaron descansar en toda la noche. Muy mal por el hotel, el gerente se portó bien al siguiente día pero el daño ya estaba hecho. Yo no lo volvería a recomendar.

El hotel cuenta con muy buena ubicación y el personal es amable. Deben trabajar en limpieza y fumigación pues en PB cerca del lobby encontré una cucaracha.

La limpieza es aceptable, pero el hotel es viejo, sin elevador, ni siquiera hay luz en las escaleras, que son bastantes oscuras la mayor parte del día, motivo por el que me caí. No volvería a ese hotel.
