"The hotel is beautiful and the staff was very accommodating and friendly. Only negative is the area the hotel is in. It is close to main attractions such as Connaught Place and the Red Fort but the immediate vacinity of the hotel is not the best with limited dinning options. As such, I went to the hotel restaurant for dinner and it took over an hour to receive my food order and drink, the food was good but the service takes way too long."

"Stayed here twice on the 20th February and first of April check in was fast no problems the room was good. Free water is provided in the room the room was clean. The bathroom is good with a rain shower with good water pressure but no where to hang towel and no toilet roll holder in the bathroom. Minor issues like no shower screen the bathroom gets wet. Other than that it was pleasant stay. On my first stay I did have breakfast on the terrace restaurant but found my Indian breakfast bland so did not bother eating there again. Both my stays were in transit. First time I was allowed late check out as I had a train to catch in the afternoon. Getting a taxi can be a problem as the bazaar gets very busy and people like Uber are reluctant to pick you up. Overall I had a pleasant stay whether I stay again depends on the price point as it’s very expensive for the area and surroundings . I found the staff to be good and service minded. "Located in a depressed, challenging spot, the hotel is still a shining example of Delhi’s past resuscitated into contemporary glory. Staff were so kind and welcoming, the restaurant food & atmosphere are spectacular, and still worth a stay. I hope to visit the other hotel properties. "
