"The property is in a safe location. They provided Airport pickup service at 2:30am. Their breakfast selection is amazing. Good clean rooms. Overall a very pleasant stay. As a solo female traveler I felt very safe and comfortable."

"A beautiful hotel. The staff are phenomenal, know you by name, and staff I’ve never spoken to knew of my allergy and took care to cater around it. We were upgraded on arrival (no reason given, maybe because it was Republic day, maybe because it was my birthday). The suites are fantastic - spacious, comfortable beds, and the housekeeper left us a gift of a coin purse (which I just now realise we left behind!). We had a series of unfortunate events while here, which the staff handled excellently. We had a leak in our room after the first night (AC issue). Immediately fixed and sincere apologies. Unfortunately they, or house keeping, didn’t pull the door fully shut and our room was not locked for the entirety of the day. A visit from both the head house keeper and the general manager to sincerely apologise, and a free meal provided. Unfortunately that free meal had its own disasters; my starter arrived on a dirty plate and my main was forgotten about entirely. You could see the staff were mortified, and did everything they could to improve my experience. I don’t say this to put anyone off, I firmly believe that the best way to know a business is to see how they respond when something goes wrong, not when everything goes right. And this hotel was exceptional. My only negative comment, the laundry is EXPENSIVE even by UK standards. I’m sad I wasn’t able to stay longer, as this was truly a great stay."

"This hotel has two locations close to each other. Both are renovated historical buildings in the middle of Old Delhi. We are adventurous travelers that love to be where it is most exciting and stay at small hotels owned by locals. We got both and in addition wonderful service by wonderful people. The restaurant had delicious food. The hotel can’t be easily reached by car but other transportation is available in the tiny streets of Old Delhi. Also, as expected in a location like this, it is fairly noisy at almost all times. "

"This is an excellent hotel located in the tourist hub of Paharganj. 5 minutes walk from the New Delhi train station and close to bars, restaurants, shopping, etc. What’s especially good is that the hotel is on a back street, so you won’t hear all the noise from this busy area. It’s a great choice for backpackers coming from the airport, because the Metro stops at New Delhi station. Breakfast is awesome. It’s buffet style with both Indian and continental foods, fresh fruits, and the chef will even make you an omelet or pancakes at your request. We had an executive room, because the standard deluxe rooms don’t have windows, something that wasn’t clear from the hotel description. The room was clean and modern, although quite compact. All the staff are super nice, friendly, and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. "
