"I did not even stay there. When I got there, the check in staff did not know what he was doing. The front of the hotel was right on the street and looked like a whole in wall. I left and went to a much better hotel. Photos on their website are not at all true."

Hot running water- had to call up the room service twice, only to have it fixed not before 2 hours. there was no hot water in the wash basin faucets. 2. "Location good. In Connaught Place close to metro station. (Exit metro at gate 3.) That is the reason to stay here. There is no lift and rooms can be up several flights. It is dusty and can use some paint. But this is India so we have to evaluate in context. Did have hot water.
