"Initially,They did not have a room with double bed. I paid extra for it. The room they had for us had 3 single beds...😲the guy tried to blame Expedia for it. I kindly asked him to check of he had another room, and he placed us in the room we paid for...a girls got to fight even for something she paid extra for...shame!!!"

"Péssimo. Fiz reserva, a mesma foi confirma, entrei em contato por telefone com o anfitrião conforme, orientação. Mas ao chegar para o CHEK IN. Me informam que não havia reserva. Tive que pagar um hotel mais caro e tive despesas com transportes. Experiência terrível e indesejável. Não sei se a culpa do hotel.com ou do hotel para o qual fiz a reserva. Não recomendo. "
