"Apartment was ok a few things did not work but they got fixed. all was ok until the day before check out when I got a message about electricity payment. even though everything had been paid in advance which seemed a bit strange. also Gold benefits where not given. Hotels.com shows incorrect information regarding "Free toiletries" one tiny bottle was given. also the apartment that was booked was not given."

"Lovely apartment with partial sea-view, only 50 metres fro beach. 24 hour security guards at entrance. Clean, spacious, luminous, good wifi. Daily housekeeping. On the negative side, the aircon in the main bedroom leaks water inside."

O apartamento estava visivelmente desgastado e necessitando de reparos, com móveis em más condições. A cozinha tinha poucos utensílios básicos, tornando difícil preparar refeições. Além disso, o ar condicionado não era suficiente para refrescar o ambiente adequadamente. Não havia itens de limpeza...

"First of all, this is a condo in a luxury building. The building is beautiful. If you want to feel secure, this is the place. There are guards at every entrance and they must buzz you in AND OUT. The whole property is surrounded by a glass wall. The building is called Landscape Fortaleza. I would guess that this unit has been a rental for some time, given the condition. Once you walk around the city you begin to understand why the apartment is in the state it’s in. It definitely needs a refresh...
