Hotel with a Concierge in Cayo District from AED 426

"The checking process was the most pleasant due to customer service agent was rude. However, the other front desk agent Christopher was ver friendly and very helpful. I paid about $700US for two bedrooms suite a night. I personally don’t think this hotel is worth the price. The carpet in the hotel is worn out and needs cleaning. "I don't typically write reviews but I have to hand it to the staff at the Blancaneaux Lodge. Flawless service, kind, friendly and helpful at all times, in every area of the resort. The place is truly magical, and their incredible staff are the secret sauce. The property is top notch, but warm and authentic, not ostentatious or showy. My family felt immediately at home. "My husband and I visited as the first part of our Anniversary trip. We were greeted by Eric at the airport immediately after our arrival and had a great ride to the resort. Eric was also our guide for tour of Caracol Ruins, Cave & Pools, he also took us on the most spectacular cave tubing experience and set up with zip lining. We admired so much his knowledge of the land and the animals! The resort itself is breathtaking and so relaxing. The whole Tut family are so kind and accommodating. Food...

"Receipt from Expedia stated ' check in open 10 am onwards'. Arrived by taxi at 10. Whole place locked up and deserted with sign saying ' back at six'. Found another hotel but el ray was very resistant to refund. Tried hard to keep my money only gave in after heavy pressure from Expedia customer service. In addition hotel is bizarrely located out in a suburban street near to absolutely no amenities....all things considered ASTONISHED this place still in business "

"What an incredible experience we had at Hidden Valley wilderness Lodge. From the moment we got there until the day that we had to leave, our Vacation was made amazing by the wonderful staff. Besides being absolutely beautiful there, the staff went above and beyond to make my wife and I have the most memorable anniversary ever. A couple of mentions… Marving the tour Guide was absolutely incredible. Booking the tour through him was definitely worth it. He was very knowledgeable, patient and kind....

"This is one of the best places I ever stayed at. If you like a rainforest, / jungle setting, then this is by far one of the most peaceful, beautiful areas you could go to. Amazing staff and a overall fantastic experience. I picked it from expedia, and I am very glad I did. The grounds are beyond amazing, with its flora and beautiful pool and cabins. Nothing could have been better and I will be returning soon."
