"Lovely stay (eventually) had a hiccup on the first night when someone had taken our room before we arrived! (Not good when arriving late at 9pm and just wanting to get settled)! The staff when we rang were incredibly apologetic about the mix up (not their fault) and made every effort to rectify as quickly as possible. Can’t fault the customer service. Purposely booked to be out of the way and in our 3 night stay we saw the Northern Lights each night. Perfect location (providing you have a car), beautiful clean rooms with stunning views. Already planning our next visit :-)"
