"Such a comfy cozy place! We are so glad we stayed here out of all the places to choose from in Zermatt. It was clean and the kitchen came in handy! It was close to the bus stop and downtown but remained quiet as it is a little removed from the downtown area. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Chose a hotel close to the train station as we had a very early train to catch and it was just a short walk away and was pleasantly surprised by the Hotel Kipling. The staff were very friendly and helpful making the check in and out process easy. The room and bathroom was quite large making it perfect for two international travellers to open their suitcases and not have to climb over the top of things/each other. "This was a perfect location to access shopping and dining and the south waterfront. Also excellent access to the metro system - and you get free access for your stay! The rooms were sleek and modern, an ipad to control everything. Just did not like the "check yourself in/out"."
