Though bar staff is terrific and try to accomodate the guests with their limited meals. A long walk to the beach and the center of town. "

There were some negatives: a lot of the crockery/cutlery needed re-washing when we arrived, the master bed wasn’t very comfortable and there is no soundproofing in the house whatsoever! It's got views of the sea from the terrace, the breakfast is really good - scrambled eggs with bacon, sausages, cold cuts, 3 different types of bread for toast, fresh tomato, plenty of pastries, espresso as well as americano coffee. "A very nice hotel. Close to the sea and beach on a lovely coastline. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Dinner was from 8pm so we were hungry when the restaurant eventually opened at 8.30pm but it was well worth the wait. We are vegetarians and the buffet had such a good selection, we were able to have a feast."

"Beautifully restored Manor House that feels more like a museum than a hotel. The owner and staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and the room was immaculate. "We did not stay there because the information in the site was that this place is 6.1 miles from posada de valdeon which is misleading and since no one in the hotel could communicate with us in English when we called. Therefore we told the hotel that we want to cancelour stay and wish to obtain refund if we were charged. We are hoping that hotel. Com will take a good care of this issue. Dina"
