Lovely hotel
Lovely room tatsefully decorated and excellent bathroom with an amazing shower. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Great location for exploring Santander and would certainly stay here again.

This was not my usual Santander hotel, but it was a pleasant surprise. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was a good size. And, although the hotel does not boast a restaurant, there is a bar with a good menu as well as breakfast. The staff were nice and it was a good, overall experience.

Excellent hospitality and very service minded. We had a great stay. Small hotel located on the boulevard of Santander. Great location for beach, sightseeing and dining in the environment. Parking garage service entrance in front of the hotel.

I’ve stayed in other Vincci hotels and this was just as good as the others. Love the decor of the rooms and hotel. Hotel staff were nice and helpful. Seaview rooms are worth it. Perfectly located for amazing food, scenery. We only spent a night here but will definitely stay here when we return.

This is the 3rd time we have stayed here. It’s perfectly located for enjoying Santander. Rooms are nicely decorated and clean. Staff are always super helpful. We are in love with Santander so I have no doubt we will stay again

Lovely hotel on the waterfront in Santander
Lovely hotel right on the waterfront overlooking the harbour - we were on the top floor looking away from the water with a little balcony which was an added bonus. The room was light and airy and spacious - we tried room service one night and were very impressed. The hotel is in a great location - take the ferry over to Somo if you get the chance - fantastic beaches.Hotel staff were very welcoming - would highly recommend this hotel.

Pleasant stay in a great location.
We had a pleasant stay at the hotel, the staff were friendly and very helpful when checking in, they gave us a map of the area and highlighted the places we wanted to visit. There was a problem with the air-con during our visit, which meant we spent an uncomfortable night with little sleep, however when mentioning this, they re-imbursed us the cost of breakfast for the inconvenience. Overall a lovely hotel, very clean with a great shower and very close to the eating spots with lovely views over the harbour.

The room was rather small but had a very comfortable queen-size bed and great pillows. We paid extra at check-in since we did not realize that the room we reserved looked out into a tiny interior courtyard. With the extra funds, our room had a beautiful view of the marina and bay. The bathroom had a rain shower which was great. It was well-equipped and provided all the essential amenities. Customer service was top-notch and the location was central to everything. We would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the beautiful city of Santander.

Why I would not stay here again
I am not sure where this hotel got 4 stars it really is a 3 star at the most reminded me of my working days and using Holiday inn's around the country Room was quite small and two very uncomfortable chairs to sit on, the breakfast was ok we did give it a miss on a couple of mornings, frankfurters and congealed egg was not nice to see, coffee was no better The staff were nice so give them credit there.

Not a good experience. The room has no AC as advertised. The bathroom ceiling has a hole, and when I asked for fixing, the maintenance guys never showed up.
