"It was a very short walk from the train station. And the hotel has an attached casino which serves free drinks and dinner if you opt to make the free casino card (for which you have to provide your passport). Also the breakfast buffet has a very nice spread with a pancake making machine (not the single ones that are found in US, but more like a robot that churned out mini pancakes). Received two complimentary bottles of water as well. It was an easy walk from the hotel to Serdika."

"The room had old damp paint peeling off the walls, but the room then was not damp. The receptionist who checked me in was outstanding! Excellent customer service skill from the check in receptionist. However the checkout receptionist did not give me a razor like last time! "
