"When we checked in we were told that our payment had not been received by the hotel. We tried to call the call centre but after about an hour on the phone we still didn’t have any answers. So we had to pay again. Someone stole our money!!! I am still trying to get to the bottom of it but have had no luck as of yet. "

"Refused to check me in, even though I'd prepaid. Asked me to pay again as they had problems receiving reimbursement from website. After lengthy discussion I was allowed to stay but they then said breakfast wasn't included - although my booking included this. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Kept me waiting in 37 degrees heat after a 5-hour drive there, and wouldn't let me sit down or have drink of water initially."
