"Very very clean rooms. Great breakfast and light lunch - both included. On riverfront with great view of sunset. No insects despite Kasane being full of bugs. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else. "

The staff were welcoming and incredibly helpful ( especially Chubu , sorry for the spelling) Everyone went out of their way to solve an issue that arose and we were overwhelmed by all the help we received. The rooms were comfortable and quiet. The restaurant was fantastic catering for our intolerances . Highly recommend this hotel."
