The location is perfect—close to everything, yet tucked away in a peaceful, serene setting. The property itself is absolutely stunning, with a beautiful pool and deck area that offered some of the most breathtaking sunset views. "Friendly staff quick check in clean rooms.Room was as advertised Only issue is that it is in need of repairs But I have feeling that this has not happened due to the scam demic and probably won’t recover from it so sad. "

"Resort lived up to its 4 star rating overall. Staff service was 5 star. It does sit near the Northern end of the developed area: pavement ends not far past the property gates. We expected better beaches, but that is not the scene in that part of Belize. The action leans towards snorkeling or dive and fishing. The wind was unusually strong and prevented any of those. But the resort itself was a fine place to hang, which we did. Also, Coco Beach does not try to extract every penny from their guests through nonsense fees. Chairs, towels, umbrellas all part of the room fee."
