"The rooms are well appointed and I would recommend as a good place to stay and the staff were eventually able to accommodate our need for a room on a lower floor although I had requested this several weeks prior to our arrival but did not receive a response. Feedback regarding food and staff - The food availability in the restaurant was not great and the breakfast options were not regularly refreshed during the breakfast session. Did not appreciate the staff chatting loudly outside our room...
