"Room 116 had a moldy smell. Water stains were visible on wall. I asked to change rooms and they allowed a change to the second floor. I don't think they should be utilizing that room at all with that strong smell of mold. The second room had no such smell."

"Great location and helpful staff. The staff took care of everything for us including assuring our in room hot tub was working perfectly. We bought the three onsen pass and enjoyed going to three other location. We also went to Onsen Yumerindo which has a great outdoor onsen. Wonderful relaxing two nights."
