"We loved our stay! The pools, hot tubs and lazy river were perfect after a day of hiking! The staff were friendly and welcoming. The room we had was set up a little different. The bathroom was extra small & the sink was in the bedroom basically. This was in the Sedona building. We would definitely stay again but pay closer attention to the layout of the room. "

"This hotel might be my favorite in the states. The room was very clean and the beds ultra comfortable. Love the pillows. The pool and hot tub are perfect. The breakfast is brilliant! There is absolutely everything to eat. Marion who works there does such a great job keeping everything clean and stocked up. I didn’t use the gym but it is fully equipped. Everyone at the front desk was great! "

"We had a pleasant stay. Room was very clean, comfortable and exactly what we needed. Only issue was they only had one elevator running. So you had to wait quite a while to catch one. And the housekeeping uses the same elevator so it was pretty busy. Was very convenient on and off the freeway. Just didn’t like opening up my window and seeing a lot of bird droppings on the side of the wall. Maybe it’s time to power wash your building and get the birds under control. Pool looked nice and...
