"Loved the breakfast, restaurant, staff, gym and hot tubs are amazing!!! Rooms a little dated, gross hotel carpet which is typical. I stay here a lot and the mattresses are really hit or miss. Furniture seems to be slowly getting replaced which is good. The above paragraph makes up for everything…I’ll always stay here. "

"I would expect the hotel sidewalk (i.e., from front door to the parking) to be shoveled and de-iced. Like the fact that bottle water is replenished every day. The room setup was nice. But definitely the management can do a little more on sound proofing the room. Also please offer training to cleaning staffs not to chat loudly before 8 am on weekends when this hotel is promoted at a staycation option. "
