Took three visits to reception to get maintenance to put a seal around shower door to prevent water running out of bsthroom into hotel room. "Beautiful setting, generally helpful staff; spacious, clean and comfortable bungalow. Food better than we expected - we were 2 of just 4 dining so the room felt a bit 'forlorn', but this is clearly a very popular place in high season. "Friendly staff, very quiet and peaceful. Good food, but you don’t have a choice, luckily it was ok and I eat most things. Lovely gardens with view of Atlas Mountains. There is a taxi service to and from the airport but you have to pay for this and to go into the centre if you want to go shopping. "

"Lovely villa - we arrived late in the dark and were met by Mohammed the night porter, who was very kind and settled us in. The views in the morning were amazing and having breakfast overlooking the lake was very relaxing. Finding the Villa was a little bit tricky at night and not to be recommended or for the faint hearted - don't be put off by the approach track!! Very pleasant, while aging a little.

"We couldn’t have felt more welcome. The hotel is out in the sticks, so you need transport to get around. The hotel is very helpful with arrangements, although it can get expensive. The Anima Gardens a 10 minute ride away, was worth visiting. The hotel is aging a little, but is very quaint and a good place to relax. It has solar as its primary power source, which tends to run low later on at night. That means that power and lights went out for us, which was interesting, but not too much of a hardship. The staff made it a truly good experience, so well done to them all."
