"Great hotel to spend time with family although rooms in need of some attention. Took three visits to reception to get maintenance to put a seal around shower door to prevent water running out of bsthroom into hotel room. Resteraunt had a good varied selection daily and staff very attentive especially Mohammed and Mr Samir the Resteraunt manager.Water park slides could also do with some extra checks to find small points with rough joints causing small abrasions/cuts.Nightime entertainment ok but...

"Beautiful setting, generally helpful staff; spacious, clean and comfortable bungalow. Food better than we expected - we were 2 of just 4 dining so the room felt a bit 'forlorn', but this is clearly a very popular place in high season. Allow plenty of time for checkout - management were not on site so any confusion has to be sorted by phone. "Friendly staff, very quiet and peaceful. Good food, but you don’t have a choice, luckily it was ok and I eat most things. Lovely gardens with view of Atlas Mountains. There is a taxi service to and from the airport but you have to pay for this and to go into the centre if you want to go shopping. "

The Staff were so lovely, friendly and attentive, however the hotel is located in a very rural area and you will be charged quite a bit for transport to and from the hotel and in and out of the city. We definitely paid more than expected on taxis and transfers. Although a bar is included in the amenities, they do not serve alcohol and the cocktails on the menu are non alcoholic but still delicious - though they should just come under the 'smoothies' section...

"It was uniquely terrible. Access was beyond terrible. No vehicular access and a long long steep uphill path of steps and rough concrete. Impossible for anybody with the slightest walking issues. The house is situated in a building site. The garden is a total mess. The pool is unkept. The free public parking is a plain fabrication. The room shower is rough concrete.
