"Beautiful hotel with very attentive staff. Amazing food in the buffet restaurant, both breakfast and dinner. Pools beautiful but not heated. In mid April, they were chilly and the water on the beach warmer (there is no private beach and the beach is fairly dirty, but nevertheless enjoyable). The kids enjoyed the kids club for a day, especially the video games! Even our 11 year old had fun. Overall, highly recommended!"

"Really appreciated this hotel and especially the staff. The staff were very friendly to my family and me. The housekeeping and restaurant staff are pretty awesome. There are so many to thank. But special thanks to Manar (housekeeping) and Mohsen (lunch restaurant). They really try to make your experience unique and customized to your tastes. Very professional. You can tell they are professionally trained. Also the executive chef was extremely nice. Always stopping by and welcoming us. "

"We have just come back from a 5 night stay here, it was so lovely. We had to wait for our room to be ready as we had not let the hotel know in advance that we had an early flight, however we did not mind this as we waited by the pool for a couple of hours which was nice. Then they upgraded our room from a standard double to a suite which we were pleasantly surprised by. "Another excellent stay with the highlights being breakfast and area surrounding the pool. Only one negative was with housekeeping where the lack of towels was a continuing theme - one day only one bath towel the following none - both rectified when i drew this to the attention of reception but not what you expect with this standard of hotel. "

"Lovely hotel, beautiful interior looking a little jaded but with wonderful touches like white roses in vases throughout the hotel, including two vases in our room and one in the bathroom. Candles lit at night time making the hotel look beautiful. Nice staff, a little slow on room service request but we called down during dinner and they were busy."
