"My stay was wonderful. Everything from the room, food, amenities, staff and beach was great. Food was delicious, a wide variety and well displayed. I had a relaxing time. Security was excellent and not intrusive in any way. Pools were lovely and it was perfect having a heated one as the weather was chilly at times. (The inside pool is only accessible to guests between 12 and 2 p.m) It would have been helpful to know about the timings of access to the outside pools, the towel pool hut or when any entertainment that was going on around the hotel. It was not displayed anywhere and I was not made aware of any timings or where things were being held particularly for the evenings. All in all a brilliant stay. Thank you very much. "

"This hotel is absolutely amazing, from its decor to its friendly staff, the star rating should be way higher, from someone that travels a lot this hotel is amazing, from its amazing staff on reception, bar staff and pool staff Mohammed all amazing, had food at the hotel which was a buffet and was great with a good selection of traditional and continental foods, me and my friends will definitely be back, we absolutely loved our stay! "Lovely clean hotel in a nice area with lots of good restaurants and cafes close by. Our apartment was really spacious and comfortable and the staff were always friendly. "

"Great little stay with family and friends. I was apprehensive before travelling due to some reviews but fears were laid to rest early. I'll start with the reviews from others. The noise from the night club. Our room eas located right above the front of the club (room 4144) and could we hear it..yes! Did it stop me, my wife or 9 and 4 year old from sleeping no. The only occasion I feel this would be a problem is if you kept your patio doors open on an evening. Next, breakfast time. Was it busy whereby people were queuing for food and there was a shortage of cups/ glasses. Yes, which was mildly frustrating but a lot of the queues were for rhe fresh eggs/ omelettes being made or for coffees. However in a hotel that size it is fully expected especially during peak times of 8:30-10:30am. We normally went for breakfast around 7:30/ 8am and it was alot quieter! Onto the rest. The staff were amazing. Nothing was too much to ask from checking in, room cleaning, table service to checking out. The food in the pool side restaurant was well priced (we only did bed and breakfast) and whilst the alcohol and soft drinks were pricier than bars on the promenade, it wasn't too much of an inconvenience. The animation staff and activities for kids were brilliant and was a welcome restbite for parents during the day. The evening entertainment was mixed. Some were good others were so so. Overall a solid hotel that is currently modernising and renovating the rooms. Will be back! "

"I had a wonderful stay and the staff were fantastic. The only disappointment was on check out I was promised that my bill would be sent to me. This did not happen. I emailed several times to follow up the request no response. Luckily I have a friend that lives there and he had to physically go and ask before it was sent. Very disappointing"

"Very spacious apartment with balcony overlooking pool, lounge, bedroom and two shower rooms. View of sea from terrace outside room. Amazing choice of food at breakfast including freshly made omelettes. On arrival given refreshments of Moroccan mint tea. Arranged taxi ride to bus station for us on our departure. Sadly our planned three night stay was shortened to one night due to flight cancellation from UK (storm)."
