"My wife and I visited from the United States. Overall, we really liked this property. The hotel itself is very elegant, has a lot of nice dining options, and is conveniently attached to a mall. Furthermore, the grounds on the outside are fantastic. The private beach and pool areas are very well laid out, and are nice spots to relax after exploring the city. " During my stay at the apartment, I noticed the following issues: • There were no dishwashing supplies or tools provided. • Laundry detergent for the washing machine was also unavailable. • The housekeeping staff did not wash the dishes or provide any dishwashing soap or tools. • Additionally, the microwave made a loud and unpleasant noise during operation. "Have stayed here over the years and its not the newest of hotels. However the Manager very kindly gave us a suite when I mentioned the Wife would be on her own during the day whilst I attended an exhibition. It was a nice touch which je didn't have to do. Bed was firm (i like that) but not toy Wife's taste."
